After the Award: Grant Management and Administration in Anchorage

Once your team has successfully obtained grant funding for your project, what happens? What rules apply to that money? What’s important to know and do?
After the Award teaches students the basics of managing and administering government and private grant projects. Students will learn the terminology of managing grant projects, how to organize to manage projects efficiently, the basics of grant-related finances and how to launch new projects successfully.
Taught by experienced grant managers, the Funding Exchange staff will use students’ own grant projects as learning examples throughout the class. FEI’s handbook, After the Award: Grant Management and Administration, is included in the class tuition fee.
