Sustainable Pathways: Developing a Financially Healthy Organization is a four-session workshop that assists nonprofit organizational teams to create a sustainable, balanced two-year fundraising plan.
Up to three individuals work as a team on their funding plan; analyze their current income; learn about a healthy income balance; and create a written fundraising strategy for the next 18-24 months. This intensive, hands-on class allows teams to finish the training with a written fundraising plan complete with timelines and an assigned task list.
